Semolina Purifier

The purifier is used in flour and semolina mills in order to classify the semolina and remove bran particles mixed in semolina. It consists of a solid chassis, a vibrating body with sieves and an aspiration system. The purifier has 24 sieve frames. The sieve frames are made of aluminum and moving brushes are used for the cleaning of these sieves.

The flow rate of the product can be adjusted by a distribution curtain in order to get even distribution of the product on the sieves. The aspiration system lifts light particles and these light particles are moved to the discharge outlet by vibration. Remaining clean semolina is classified by the sieves.
