Inclined Tempering Machine

Inclined tempering machine is used for mixing water and wheat in order to increase the humidity of wheat to the desired level. It consists of a rotor with pallets housed in a stainless steel body. The wheat entering the machine is mixed with the water coming from the flow meter by the rotor with pallets. The sensor on the machine runs the flowmeter when the wheat arrives to the machine. This system prevents water release when there is no wheat. The bushings separated from the main body and the insulation prevents oil to mix with water or leakage of water to the outside.
